Where To Bet On The WWE Royal Rumble 2014

The 2014 edition of World Wrestling Entertainment's Royal Rumble will be taking place on Sunday January 26th from the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh. In this post, I'm going to list the gambling websites that will likely offer betting on this event as well as name a number of companies that I've contacted requesting them to open up WWE betting opportunities.

Please note, to open an account and claim any of the bonuses below, you must be over eighteen years of old. Terms and conditions apply for each firm.

To start with, here are the websites that will more than likely have Royal Rumble betting.

5DIMES

The 5Dimes Sportsbook has been offering betting on World Wrestling Entertainment pay-per-views for a long time now. The odds are usually posted at this sportsbook before anywhere else and welcome new customers from all over the world.

You can join up by following this link to the 5Dimes Website.

PADDY POWER

The Irish bookmaker - Paddy Power - has done a good job keeping up with WWE betting and is often the next place to go to wager on the monthly pay-per-views. The odds are usually up first when compared to other UK/Irish known betting firms so if you're looking to bet with a brand that's based closer to home, and would like to take advantage of earlier odds, Paddy Power is the best place for you.

YOUWIN & UWIN

YouWin and its Canadian-facing parner, UWin are expected to offer betting on the 2014 Royal Rumble after opening books on SummerSlam, Survivor Series and the most recent PPV - Tables, Ladders & Chairs.

The odds are usually posted two-to-three days before the PPV so keep checking with them. When available, they can be found in the 'Specials' section of the both websites.

New customers can join YouWin at YouWin.com

Canadian readers can join UWin at UWin.com

SKY BET

Sky Bet has been opened books on WWE pay-per-views for quite a while. Odds are usually posted as early as the Thursday and no later than the Saturday morning of each show. Sky does tend to keep the book open longer than Paddy Power and YouWin/UWin. This gives the customer the chance to make some last minute bets before the event begins.

New customers can sign up at SkyBet.com

As the Royal Rumble is arguably the second biggest event on the WWE calendar, it's worth listing the companies that have accepted wagers on pay-per-views in the past. They are:

WILLIAM HILL

William Hill has regularly been offering markets on World Wrestling Entertainment pay-per-views but didn't for Tables, Ladders & Chairs. I'm unsure whether this was a one-off. It should be noted, however, that William Hill were the first company from the UK to offer betting on the outcome of the 2002 Royal Rumble. Due to its recent history in WWE betting, it's worth having a look at the website around the time of the Royal Rumble to see if there are any prices posted.

When they are up, WWE odds can be found under 'TV/Specials' at WilliamHill.com

CORAL

Coral last accepted wagers on a World Wrestling Entertainment event with SummerSlam. It may be worth having a look to see if the website has anything up nearer to the time of the Rumble.

When available, pro wrestling betting is found in the 'Non Sports' category and listed under 'International' in 'TV Specials' at Coral.co.uk

I have made contact with four betting firms and have asked them to consider taking bets on World Wrestling Entertainment in 2014.
I don't know if they will consider it or not but thought it was worth a try.
If you aren't a customer with any of these names, please sign up through the links and let them know there are people out there who are interested in the possibility to bet on pro wrestling.
Here are the companies listed in alphabetical order. Remember, there is no guarantee that these firms will promote WWE betting :

BETDAQ
Betdaq is a sports betting exchange which means you're technically betting against other gamblers. Betting exchanges have opportunities to bet on reality shows so why not on pro wrestling? I think it has potential!

BETFRED
BetFred is a well-known British bookmaker who is famous for his bonus specials on other sports.

LADBROKES
Ladbrokes is one of the largest chains of bookmakers in Great Britain. They have opened books on soap opera storylines in the past so, as they are keen to welcome customers who want to make a flutter on television, it may be worth considering WWE betting.

Thanks for reading and good luck with your bets!
