The Irish bookmaker opened up a book on the World Wrestling Entertainment pay-per-view yesterday afternoon and introduced an exclusive prop bet where bettors can wager on the wrestler they believe will throw out the most competitors in the thirty-man battle royal.
Reigns was the the favourite from the start at odds of 6/4. His price has now dropped to 8/11.
Insider wrestling fans are aware that WWE have high hopes for Reigns and a good showing in this year's Royal Rumble will help him get even more popular with the audience.
This ideology worked well for Diesel in 1994. He went on to win the Intercontinental, Tag Team and World titles in the ten months following his Royal Rumble debut.
