How Paddy Power's WrestleMania 31 Betting Odds Are Looking As Of Friday 20th March

It has been three days since PaddyPower.com published betting markets for WrestleMania 31, so I'm going to spend this post looking at where the early bettors are wagering.

There has been no change in betting on the Sting versus Triple H, AJ Lee & Paige versus The Bella Twins and Money in the Bank cash-in markets. This leaves all other bouts on the card which has seen action enough for the odds compilers to move some numbers.

Daniel Bryan has been the punters' favourite to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship in the multi-man ladder match for the strap.

When the market was opened, he was in second with a price of 3/1. He remains behind Dean Ambrose, but his price is now 8/5. Ambrose's price has been adjusted from 4/6 to 5/6.

Sheamus has moved onto the top of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal list.

The Irishman was added to the market as a second-favourite with a price of 9/2 on the 18th. At that time, Damien Mizdow was given an 8/5 chance of winning. Sheamus is now the man with the 8/5 price.

Mizdow is now 13/5.

Rusev was a 4/1 outsider in the WWE US Championship match against John Cena when the market was initially opened. Since that time, the bettors have backed him down to 7/2.

As a result, the challenger remains a favourite but is now 1/6 - a drop from 1/7.

In another surprise, the underdog has also been backed in the battle between Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker.

Wyatt has gone from 11/4 to 11/5 with Taker 3/10. He had been 2/9.

The Punters have also been taking shots on Brock Lesnar still holding the WWE Heavyweight Championship at the close of his match with Roman Reigns.

His odds have moved from 9/4 to 15/8. Even though still favourite to win, Reigns' price is 4/11 - a slight change from 2/7.

The most interesting change in singles match betting has been for Seth Rollins vs Randy Orton.

Orton has opened as a 8/11 favourite with his opponent given EVENS. As of the time of publishing, both men are equal on 5/6, indicating the early backers have gone for a Seth Rollins win.

Looking at these changes, it's safe to assume the fans - or general bettors - are simply punting on the outsiders in each match with the idea that one, or more, will come in on the night.

Prices correct as of 12pm today. For the latest, check out Paddy Power's WWE Betting Page.
