First Sign Of WWE Extreme Rules 2015 Betting Odds

Betting odds for next weekend's WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view have surfaced earlier than expected after the bwin Sportsbook published two markets for the event.

Customers of the bookmaker can currently wager on two of the bouts scheduled for the night: the Russian chain match, which sees John Cena defend the US Championship against Rusev and the main event cage match pitting current WWE World Heavyweight Champion - Seth Rollins - against his foe, Randy Orton.

Cena is currently priced as a 5/8 favourite to win the chain match. His opponent is available at the equivalent of 15/13.

In main event betting - Randy Orton has opened as a 4/1 underdog with Rollins chalked up as the 1/8 fave.

I'll be making regular checks of the Extreme Rules markets over the next few days in the anticipation of extra bouts being added.

Bwin's Extreme Rules odds can be found under 'Entertainment' on the bwin Website.

  1. I think I've usually always been able to predict WWE match outcomes perfectly (they being fixed). However, I never knew there exists a betting market for them as well! Might have a go with betting on Extreme rules or the next PPC. But the problem is, bwin has been shut down for my country, it doesn't allow betting...

    1. Hi PW,

      Where do you live?

One website worth trying is the 5Dimes Sportsbook.

Their odds should be out next week.

      Best of luck.

    2. Thanks for the reply David. I am from India. And yes, 5Dimes as well as other popular betting websites such as betfair and bet365 are open for me. Actually, even bwin seems to have been closed only recently.

    3. Shame about bwin.

There might be a few listed on this page that will accept customers living in India. Not all of them, but some.

Make sure you check back over the next week because that's when the odds will start popping up elsewhere.

    4. Not sure whether whether I properly tried to publish the reply or it didn't got approved. :P

Anyway, just wanted to tell that bwin has been down here due to some legal issue and they mention on their website that they are trying to fight back. I haven't seen any other site get closed down though. :)

      Thanks.

    5. Hey PW,

No, I don't think you sent it right because I didn't get a notification.

The situation you mention happens quite a lot with bookmakers. When regional gambling laws change, some companies end up having to stop accepting clients based in that part of the world.

The best example I can use is the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, which saw a lot of sportsbooks forced to stop welcoming custom from the USA.

    6. Seems like that's how it is.
