A few days ago, I noted that the Bwin Sportsbook had opened a book on this coming weekend's Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
These markets have now been taken off the board. It's worth noting that they had always been scheduled to be removed today.
I will make a follow-up post if or when they are re-published.
