Another Look At Betfair's WWE Elimination Chamber Prop Bets

It has been a few days since the Betfair Sportsbook published its prop bets for tonight's WWE Elimination Chamber event. In this post, I'm going to look at the current odds and compare them to the early numbers.

The company posted two prop bets to start with. The first market was specific to the three title holders and the prospect of all of them successfully retaining their straps.

The odds on the WWE Tag Team, Heavyweight and Divas Championships to be retained on the night was 2/1 a few days ago. This price has now improved slightly to 9/4.

Prop number two was specific to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship market and gave customers the choice to bet on Dean Ambrose doing the Dirty Deeds on Seth Rollins through cinder blocks. The early price was 15/8. That too has improved. Customers can get 5/2 as of the time of publishing.

The following night, the sportsbook's traders released specials for both Elimination Chamber matches. Customers were able to bet on the first to be eliminated and the last to be released from their pods in both of the speciality cage matches that will take place on the show.

The markets for the 'Last to be released from their pods' haven't changed since I first noted them. They are still:

The props where customers can bet on the first eliminated from the respective matches have seen action.

Tyson Kidd & Cesaro were originally priced at 20/1 to be the first team eliminated. These odds have now dropped down to 16/1.

They weren't the only ones to dip as The New Day went from 28/1 to 25/1.

The first superstar to be eliminated from the match prop market has seen the odds for Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus and Ryback fall. The steepest drop has been for Sheamus, who has gone from 33/1 to 16/1.

The remaining wrestlers' odds have drifted.
