Do You Think Brock Lesnar Will Be At MITB? You Can Bet On It!

The traders at the Betfair Sportsbook have added Brock Lesnar to its WWE Money in the Bank 2015 betting coverage offering customers two wagering opportunities on the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion being involved in Sunday's PPV.

Brock Lesnar's name has been added to the match market for the Money in the Bank briefcase and is currently being offered at odds of 50/1.

There is also a special prop bet, for those who believe he could show up on the night but not participate in any matches.

'Brock Lesnar To Make An Appearance In Person' is available at 7/4.

There is method behind these markets.

This week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter (Subscription Required) made mention that - as of the time of publishing - Lesnar is scheduled to return to WWE TV on this coming Monday's edition of Raw. This appearance has not been advertised on TV or the WWE website.

So, what you're really betting on is WWE deciding to bring Brock Lesnar in a day earlier than planned to create some buzz for Monday's episode of Raw or make those who didn't order the Network/PPV feel they have missed out on something big.

It's worth noting that the company has to be conservative with the use of Brock Lesnar due to the limited dates on his contract. With that stated, if the company is going to have him on the 16th June episode of Raw without advertising it ahead of time, bringing him as a surprise on Sunday would be doing the same. Doing so on Sunday will build interest for Monday's episode of Raw.

Betfair's WWE Money in the Bank markets can be found under 'Special Bets' on the Sportsbook's A-Z menu at Betfair.com.
