The Betfair Sportsbook has added some prop bets to its WWE Battleground 2015 coverage at Betfair.com.
As of the time of publishing, the company has six side bets for customers to feast their eyes on.
The first market is specific to the Sheamus .vs. Randy Orton match and gives the punter the opportunity to bet on the Money in the Bank briefcase being used in the match.
The odds on Sheamus' prized possession being used in this way is 7/4.
The second match-specific prop centres on the WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout. Clients can wager on how many German suplexes will be executed.
The line has been set at 5.5 with the 'Under' set at EVENS and the 'Over' 8/11.
A prop that will pay out at any point in the evening has been written up. In it, you'll be able to wager on a referee being knocked out during any fixture on the card. The odds have been set at 5/2.
There is a title special where customers can bet on the number of title changes that occur during the event. Here's how they have been written up:
None 9/2
1 EVENS
2 8/11
All 3 7/2
I doubt I'll bet on that market, but I am leaning slightly on the '2'.
Then there is a prop where customers can wager on an official match for SummerSlam being announced during the PPV. Based on the current tendency by WWE to do this, I think the 7/4 odds might attract some.
Finally, the traders have drawn up an Undertaker special where customers can bet on The Phenom making an appearance during the event. For the bets to cash in, he has to be there in person. If you think he will, you can back him at EVENS.
The three props I like this month are: the SummerSlam match announcement, the referee knocked out and The Undertaker appearance.
Betfair's WWE Battleground 2015 markets are found under USA/WWE in the 'Special Bets' section of the Betfair Website.
