Best Odds For The 8 Wrestlers Left In The WWE Championship Tournament

By Wednesday morning, we'll know for certain what the semi-final matches will be in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament that will conclude at this Sunday's Survivor Series. Until then, WWE bettors can still wager on the eight wrestlers still in contention. Here are their best prices as of this evening.

Neville

Neville will wrestle Kevin Owens in the quarter finals. He should fall at this point in the tournament, but - if you want to grab a bet in the slight hope that he'll win the championship, the best price available is 16/1 from Betfair.

Kalisto

Kalisto - who shocked yours truly by beating Ryback last week - will wrestle Alberto Del Rio in this round. I highly doubt he'll progress to the semis. He's 33/1 with Betfair.

Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler faces Dean Ambrose in what should be a good bout. My prediction is he'll lose following interference from Tyler Breeze. If you want to pick up Ziggler for the title win, you can find him at 16/1 with Betfair.

Cesaro

The Swiss star will wrestle Roman Reigns in this round. With Reigns being lined up to be the top guy, Cesaro is expected to do the honours here. If you would like to get the value bet just in case, he's 12/1 with Paddy Power.

Alberto Del Rio

The present US Champion will wrestle Kalisto this week. As noted above, I am confident Kalisto's run in the tournament will come to an end. A Del Rio championship victory at the Survivor Series will pay out at odds of 20/1 if you have a gamble with Betfair. This is an impressive price in comparison to the 9/1 from Paddy Power.

Kevin Owens

The Intercontinental Champion will wrestle - and surely beat - Neville in this round. He's 6/1 with Paddy Power to raise the marquee title on Sunday.

Dean Ambrose

I noted that Dean Ambrose will wrestle Dolph Ziggler in this round in a match that will more than likely result in Tyler Breeze costing Ziggler through interference. The most obvious scenario for the final is for Roman Reigns to face Ambrose. The second option is Kevin Owens versus Roman Reigns, so - if they do decide to run with the latter match - what wouldn't surprise me is if they booked Dean Ambrose and Dolph Ziggler to wrestle to a draw or non-finish. Thus giving Kevin Owens a bye into the final and forcing Roman Reigns to wrestle one match more than his opponent on the night.
I don't think that's how it will go as it means one less match on a card that desperately needs some depth.
A Dean Ambrose title win will pay out at 7/4. This is with Paddy Power.

Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns will surely defeat Cesaro and Alberto Del Rio to make it to the final on Sunday. Then it's a question over how things go from there (Ambrose or Owens). The original plan before Seth Rollins was injured was for Roman Reigns to be crowned champion at this event. If this is still how the plan will end up, the 4/11 from Paddy Power is the better odds.
