As of this evening, the head of The Authority is available at 12/1 to win the January battle royal to determine a number challenger to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
This is a steep drop from the 50/1 he had been chalked up as two months ago.
The adjustment is more than likely due to rumours that Triple H could end up wrestling Roman Reigns in one of the main bouts at WrestleMania 32. I've noted in previous posts that - if this match is definitely happening, and if it will be for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship - one way of getting to it is by having Reigns defeat Sheamus for the title and then have Triple H enter the Royal Rumble to become his challenger.
There are still seven weeks to go before the Royal Rumble. Plans can go in so many directions before then, but as of right now, wrestling fans appear to be having speculative punts on this scenario (or something similar).

Another wrestler whose odds have shortened is Brock Lesnar. He has dipped from 3/1 to EVENS. So, the customers like his chances to head on to WrestleMania to either take on Sheamus or Roman Reigns.
Earlier this week, Brock Lesnar .vs. Kevin Owens was a Mania bout being thrown around. However, Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live that Lesnar was not aware of this match being in the plans for the April event.
It'll be interesting to see how all this takes shape over the next month and beyond.

DeleteSorry for the late reply, suffering with an illness for the past 3 days. I still think that it will be Roman Reigns vs John Cena but as Lesnar hasn't got a opponent I would love to see a Triple threat between Reigns, Cena & Lesnar. They were rumors for Owens vs Lesnar but in today's world there isn't a suitable opponent for Lesnar so having a triple threat wouldn't be bad. I am also wondering who will be The Undertaker opponent for Wrestlemania. I got on Cena at 7/1 2 weeks ago.

DeleteI have a few bets on Sheamus to be in the title match (did this before Rollins' injury), HHH to win the Royal Rumble, HHH to be in the title match, Reigns to be in the title match. So, I more or less have to hope it's a combination involving Reigns, HHH and/or Sheamus.
As for Lesnar .vs. Owens - I'd like to see that one!

I'd like to see Reigns win the title from Cena at Mania. Especially since Cena is feuding with Sheamus when he's back - if the advertised live events are anything to go by.
