It has been a little under two days since I last checked in with the Rumble market that can be found on the sportsbook's website. On Tuesday, a winning bet on Lesnar would have paid out at odds of +250. Now, however, he has shortened to +220.
This is good news to the punters who don't like his chances to win. You can now take 'The Field .vs. Brock Lesnar' at odds of -300. Betting against Lesnar on Tuesday would have set you back a little more as he had been -350.
Earlier today, I noted that John Cena is likely out of any WrestleMania plans. This has prompted all but one European sportsbook to take him off their boards.
5Dimes had been accepting wagers on a John Cena Royal Rumble win from the summer of 2015 right up until the latter part of the year. His price was around +550 in the days before the market closed.
He had opened at +1,000. So, there are customers out there with losing tickets before the event has even started.
