Going Through Betfair And Bwin's WrestleMania Markets (Saturday Feb 27th)

It has been a number of days since Betfair.com and Bwin.com published match markets for this year's WrestleMania. So, in this post, I'm going to revisit both websites to see how the odds are taking shape.

As of the time of publishing, Betfair.com is only offering prices for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match. Therefore, I'll go through this match in case any of you reading would like to bet straight away.

Roman Reigns opened as a 1/4 favourite at both websites when their respective markets were installed. His odds have dropped at bwin - he's now an even shorter 7/50. Betfair is still offering him at 1/4.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion  - Triple H - opened at 5/2 and 13/5 at Betfair and Bwin respectively. The bwin number has improved as he's now available at 4/1.

The rest of the bwin match markets are:

Sasha Banks' price has fallen from 4/5 (15th Feb) to 1/2 in the market for the potential WWE Divas Championship bout on the card. Present champ - Charlotte - has moved from 91/100 to 7/5 in the same period.

The Undertaker has drifted out for his match against Shane McMahon. He was originally available as a 33/100 favourite with McMahon out at 2/1. It's interesting to see Shane get the early action. More on this in the conclusion.

Finally, another outsider in Dean Ambrose has been backed in the early round of betting.

He opened as a 7/4 shot. These odds have now dipped to 7/5 while Lesnar's have gone the other way from 2/5 to 1/2.

Still early days, but it seems that the astute wrestling fans have been wagering at this point. The best example I can use to highlight this point is The Undertaker/Shane market. In my opinion, fair-weather punters would have gone with a Taker win here.
