Betfair Releases WrestleMania 32 Prop Markets

The traders at Betfair.com have released their famous WWE prop markets in time for next week's WrestleMania.

There are currently over a handful of props on the board with more expected to be released in the very short future. In this post, I'll run through what's on tap.

A Ref To Be Knocked Down

The 'Yes' is 8/11 and the 'No' is EVENS.

I think the 'Yes' has a better chance of coming in this month than in any other month of 2016. There are four hours on this show. More matches means more storytelling needed. Someone is bound to suggest a ref bump somewhere on the night.

A Match To End In A Disqualification

The 'Yes' is 11/10 and 'No' is 4/6.

The same rule I used in the Ref KO market applies here. I will look to the 'Yes' because I think there may be a DQ on the night. My gut instinct is telling me it'll occur in the New Day versus League of Nations match,

Triple H To Use A Sledgehammer At Any Time?

Betfair is giving 10/3 and I have backed it without a second thought. I would be surprised if HHH does not use his trusty sledgehammer against Roman Reigns.

An RKO To Be Executed On The Night

With all the talk about Randy Orton on his way back, I think this will definitely see some action from the Betfair customers. The odds are at EVENS. I'm not betting on it, but would not be surprised if he shows up and delivers an RKO somewhere. The only thing holding me back is the thought that they may wait until the Post-WrestleMania Raw to bring him back. This obviously depends on whether he is ready to return.

Total Tables Broken On The Night

The traders have set an over/under at 3.5 with both options presently available at 5/6.

The Usos have been threatening to put The Dudleys through a table, there's bound to be a Spanish announce table smashed. I doubt I'll bet this, but my instinct is to go under.

Length Of Undertaker's Ring Entrance

Another over/under. This time the punters can wager on The Undertaker's ring entrance (from first gong to his first foot entering the ring) being more, or less, than five minutes in length. The traders have given both options 5/6.

With AT&T Stadium being as big as it is, and WrestleMania being the show with all the theatrics, I think the 'Over' is the way to look here.

Which Match Goes Last

The sportsbook is giving customers to wager on which match they believe will close out the show. The options are:

Hell in a Cell 8/11
World Heavyweight Championship 11/10
Divas' Championship 13/2
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal 16/1
Intercontinental Championship 13/2
WWE Tag Team Championship 10/1

It's really a two-horse race and I think the bookies have it spot on here as the Hell in a Cell match should go last because that's the match that has been given the most attention in the build-up.

Conor McGregor To Be Named As Any Superstars' Opponent For WrestleMania 33?

If a WrestleMania 33 match involving UFC's Conor McGregor is announced during this year's WrestleMania, the sportsbook will pay out winning bets at 20/1.

I highly doubt this will happen, but can see some having a cheeky punt on it at those odds.

WrestleMania Attendance To Exceed 90,000

The firm was giving odds of 7/4 that WWE will announce over 90,000 people for the show. It has now been cut to EVENS.

It's the best prop on the board, in my opinion. There is no doubt in my mind that WWE will announce a figure in the 100,000's. I have backed it at the 7/4 and recommend punting on it even at the even money. I cannot see how this will not fail because WWE is going all-out to break the announced figure they revealed for WrestleMania III.

If you're looking to wager on these or any of the WrestleMania match markets, they can be found under 'Special Bets' on the sportsbook menu at Betfair.com.

  1. I got the 7/4 too.. Great price. 100,000 people being at Mania has been said at least twice on Raw lately ( by Foley & Vince ) so im guessing they cant announce anything less than that
