Becky Lynch & HHH's WrestleMania Odds Dip

The WrestleMania odds for Becky Lynch and Triple H to win their respective matches at this Sunday's PPV have dipped through the course of today.

When I first checked in with the Mania markets at 5Dimes.com earlier this morning, Lynch was a +650 outsider to win the triple threat for the WWE Divas Championship while Triple H was a +450 dog to retain his title with a victory over Roman Reigns.

The latter is now priced at +400 with Reigns going the other way. He's now -600 which is an improvement for the punter from the -750 he had been for days.

Lynch has had the steepest drop of the day. She still remains an outsider, but they have shortened to +450. Charlotte (+110) and Sasha Banks (-400) remain unchanged.

I think it's safe to assume that Lynch's price has shortened after 5Dimes customers saw her lose to Charlotte in a non-title match on Raw last night. Many must have bet on the balanced booking where a person who loses, or looks weak on a Monday, winds up going over on the following Sunday.

The only thing that may work against this ideology in this case is the fact that Sasha Banks' cousin - Snoop Dogg - will be in attendance on Sunday night and I can't shake off the feeling that WWE will take this opportunity for him to be in the ring with her during a post-match celebration.

If Snoop wasn't going to be there, I would have gone for a Becky Lynch win following last night's result. It still could be how it goes, but the Snoop Dogg factor should be something to consider.

5Dimes' WWE WrestleMania 32 odds can be found under 'Other Sports' on the betting board at 5Dimes.com.

  1. Predicting this match does my head in.

I put my money on Charlotte to retain ahead of last night's RAW.

Now I'm thinking of hedging my bet on 8 odds Becky with Titanbet. She got beat on RAW, but remained very much in focus both after the match and with an interview on WWE.com. They're building a story arc for her. Furthermore, I predict that for the 6th year in a row the European tour right after WM will have a European as champion. That leaves only Becky if LON are not competing for the titles.

Sasha I figure has no chance after she pinned the champion on SD. It's very rare that they allow a challenger to pin a champion ahead of a PPV match... last time I can think of was Eddie Guerrero who pinned Lesnar.

Don't know if you can get there from Norway but Becky is 9/1 at Ladbrokes

    2. I meant sign up from Norway. Don't mean you to go to a Ladbrokes physically!
