The Field .vs. The Miz Takes Over

The Field versus The Miz has been backed in the 5Dimes Sportsbook's market for next Sunday's WWE Intercontinental Championship match at Extreme Rules.

Earlier this week, the sportsbook released odds where customers could bet on 'Cesaro Wins' or 'Field Wins'. The traders followed that up yesterday by publishing individual odds for the three other runners in the Fatal 4-Way.

The Miz's opposition (ie Cesaro, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn) was originally priced at -155 and has now shortened a tad to -175.

This obviously means the punters are not expecting The Miz to retain the title on May 22nd. Or rather, they're hoping he doesn't. His individual price has drifted out from +115 to +135 in the same period.

Even though the customers are hedging on Miz not winning, there doesn't seem to be any clear indication pointing to which of the three other runners is their choice to win. The prices for Cesaro (+150), Owens (+500) and Zayn (+800) have not moved since last night, In the case of Cesaro, his odds haven't been adjusted since Friday evening.

There have been two other market changes since yesterday's update.

Rusev has been backed from a -270 fave into -300 with US Champion, Kalisto, going out to +220 from +190.

The New Day's odds have dropped from -265 to -350.  Their opponents, The Vaudevillains, moved out from +185 to +250.

We're still over a week to go until the pay-per-view. Still enough time for more changes along the way.

Odds correct as of 10am BST. They can be viewed under 'Other Sports' on the betting board at 5Dimes.com.
