There are two new markets. They are for the Dean Ambrose versus Chris Jericho match as well as the the WWE Women's Championship bout.
The US Championship market has changed since it was initially installed. Current titleholder - Kalisto - was originally EVENS, so it appears the bwin customers have been punting on Rusev to reclaim the title he last held in 2015. The Bulgarian Brute was originally 67/100.
Another selection that has drifted out is The Miz. The present WWE Intercontinental Champion was also even money a week ago. The other runners in the fatal four-way remain at the same prices they were back then.
These odds are correct as of 5pm BST this evening. Bwin's WWE Extreme Rules odds can be found alongside Money in the Bank 2016 and 2017 Royal Rumble ouright winner markets in the 'Entertainment' betting section of bwin.com.
