I have just had a look over the 5Dimes Sportsbook's betting odds for Money in the Bank 2016 with the hope of publishing an update, but have realised the odds are the same as this morning.
As I wanted to publish some sort of update, I've decided to publish a post showing where the customers of both 5Dimes.com and Bovada.lv can pick up the best value with all of the selections available to bet on.

Interestingly, the two sportsbooks share the same odds for a fair amount of selections.
They're tied for offering the best prices on the favourites. 5Dimes does appear to get a slight nod where it comes to underdog value.
