Kenny Omega Not Coming In For The 2017 WWE Royal Rumble

Kenny Omega will not be at the Royal Rumble.

He has just told Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez this on a special edition of Wrestling Observer Radio where he wanted to set the record straight on his future plans.

Omega's name had appeared on a number of 'To Enter' and 'Outright Winner' betting markets for this year's battle royal after it was reported that his contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling had expired.

The WrestleKingdom 11 main eventer is expected to return to Japan in February to hash out a new contract with his previous employer.
