Kelly Kelly At Mania 33 Betting Update

If you read last night's post, you'll be aware that Barbie Blank (Kelly Kelly) announced on a radio station earlier this week that she'll be working for WWE throughout WrestleMania week. The news has had an impact on two WrestleMania appearance markets that had Kelly's name listed.

The oddsmakers at Betfair.com have taken 'Kelly Kelly' off the board this morning. She had been available ever since the market was first published in early September where the selection was priced 20/1. It did drift out to 25/1 within its first three weeks. As noted, it closed a short while ago at 5/4 - a price it had moved into sometime last week after Blank was interviewed backstage at WWE Raw.

Betfair punters will have winning bets if Kelly Kelly is seen anywhere inside the arena part of Camping World Stadium on April 2nd (no backstage skits). This is in contrast to a market at PaddyPower.com where Kelly Kelly backers need the former star to climb through the ropes at WrestleMania 33.

Kelly's name was added to Paddy Power's Mania market last week. The selection was originally 7/4, but moved into 6/4 shortly thereafter. The traders have now shortened to EVENS following the radio interview.

As noted, the Paddy Power market will only pay out if Kelly Kelly's appearance sees her in ring during the event. In the interview, Kelly stated 'I don't know if I'm going to be wrestling, per se, but I will be at Mania.'

The 'per se' could mean she's doing something physical on the show, but - at this stage - it's simply guesswork on my part.

If you'd still like to place a bet, the selection can still be found on Paddy Power's WWE Betting Page.

    1. Don't read anything into that other than customers had been backing her since mid-November.
