A couple of people had contacted me about Bovada and I got in touch with someone in the company last night. He told me that - as of today - the plan is for lines to be published sometime next week.
The two sportsbooks haven't published betting odds for WWE following the most recent Survivor Series. They have reverted back to only offering WrestleManias after publishing odds for other WWE events last year.
