Ladbrokes' Andre Battle Royal Market Published

Ladbrokes has entered the WrestleMania 33 betting marketplace by publishing odds for the outright winner of this year's Andre the Giant Battle Royal.

As with other firms with odds available for the match, Braun Strowman is the favourite to win the match.

He's 4/6.

Next on the list are Samoa Joe (3/1), Big Cass (5/1), Seth Rollins (9/1) with many more right down to Jimmy and Jey Uso who are 66/1 each.

  1. David do you think this is realistic that Strowman is in the battle royal? With 3 weeks to go to Mania and with no match booked, only looks likely to be the battle royal or if they decide to do a triple threat with Undertaker and reigns

    1. Looks like he'll be in it as it's the only match where he would fit.
I can't see them adding him to what they want to do with Reigns/Undertaker, but - to be honest - when I watched Raw, I did think that was where it was going before Strowman backed off.

    2. I don't like Strowman being in this match, by the way. It seems a step down.

    3. I totally agree with it possibly being on the pre-show. Only way to make relevant would be to have a title shot for the winner. They also haven't had him go for Goldberg after the spear off him and Reigns, could be a way to give Lesnar the win and protect Goldberg

    4. I didn't say it would be on pre-show, just that I think Strowman being in it would be a letdown.

Also believe that Lesnar has to win without any assistance.

    5. I was meaning I agree with it seeming a step down for Strowman.

  2. Real question is, if Strowman is in the match, will he win? I quite like Apollo Crews at 25/1. Chances are, in my opinion, strowman won't win as he's likely going to feud with Lesnar for the Universal title after Wrestlemania (I like to think so anyway!)

    And then there's Finn Balor.

    2. what in Crews' booking would lead you to believe they will give him a win at WM? Can't see it in the slightest

    3. He's a young and up and coming talent. I can see a bright future in him.

Bear in mind they gave Cesaro a win here even though he had already been around for a while.

To be honest it's all speculative punting and 25/1 is a decent price in my opinion. It could literally be anyone, even James Ellsworth (now that would be crazy!)

    4. What if there was late hijinx from the hosts that sees Big E inserted as a surprise entrant? Surely ND will get some sort of in-ring cameo. Be a nice way to build E before he turns on the others and goes on a solo run

    5. Can't see New Day breaking up anytime soon. They have a book coming out in April and if there's anything to the ice lolly thing, they're going to have to keep them together.

    6. Correction: the Amazon Page states that it'll be published in October.

    7. New day will only break up once their merchendise sales start going down which won't happen any time soon. They are bringing in waaaay too much sales to break up (same reason why Cena wont go heel (along with make a wish etc))
