Following her return on last night's edition of WWE Smackdown, Naomi is now a 1/3 favourite to win the brand's version of the Women's Championship at WrestleMania.
The Ladbrokes Sportsbook installed the former champion at 40/1 last weekend. She was immediately backed and became a favourite by Sunday afternoon.
Before Smackdown, she was priced at even money. So, the customers have jumped on for more now that Naomi is confirmed for Sunday's match.

They also made the match a '6 pack challenge' , ruling out any surprise entrants etc.

As you can see, it's good news for anyone who bet on Rhyno to appear at Wrestlemania 33 via Betfair a while back.
There's also 30 names here, which may rule out any surprise entrants, meaning someone like Braun Strowman is very likely to win it.
I have a hard time believing that she will win.
ReplyDelete1) On the main roster almost no one wins in their hometown.
2) They would've kept her as a surprise until the show for the bigger impact.
3) In January She returned from the injury, and injured herself again less than a month later. I wouldn't trust her the top spot in the division at the moment
4) Wwe obviously put the belt on her just so they would have a hometown champion, who would do a bunch of publicity before the event, but her injury screwed all the plans. Why would they reward her for that?
Even if she will win, I expect it to be her Zack Ryder moment from last year and she will lose it pretty quickly.
