For those of you who are unaware, the 'Bell-to-Bell' specials are an over/under market. The bookmaker sets a time and the customer can bet on whether the match lasts less or longer than what is set. Match duration begins from the moment the bell is sounded to start the match and closes at the time the bell is rang to signify the end of the bout.
Before I begin, I've already noted that I've had a bet on one of the time specials for tonight. I placed a wager on the Shinsuke Nakamura versus Dolph Ziggler match. Instead of beginning with the pre-show, I'll start with this market.
Shinsuke Nakamura .vs. Dolph Ziggler
The first - and so far only - time bet that I have placed on tonight's show is on this match to go under 16:59. When it was published on Friday, the oddsmakers had set the lines at '17:00 or more' or '16:59 or less' and I jumped right into it going under. At the time it went live, the 'Less' was 9/10 and the 'More' was 4/5.
The traders have since changed the line. Customers are now being offered '15:00 or more' at 18/25 and '14:59 or less' at EVENS.
I'm expecting the match to be somewhat of a quick - but not too quick - victory for Shinsuke Nakamura. I don't think his 'debut' should be too competitive right off and that's why I backed the 'Under' on Friday.
Tye Dillinger .vs. Aiden English
With this being a pre-show match, the oddsmakers have set the times at '8:00 or more' and '7:59 or less'. When they went live, both selections were 17/20 each. The customers have evidently backed the under as it is now at 18/25 with the over eight minutes out at even money.
Luke Harper .vs. Erick Rowan
There has been a flip in this market. Just like above, the traders have set the match lengths at '8:00 or more' and '7:59 or less'. However, they placed 18/25 on the over and EVS on the under. As of this morning, the lower time is favoured at 18/25 and the over is out at even money.
Baron Corbin .vs. Sami Zayn
The traders opened betting on this market with the lines set at '12:00 or more' at 9/10 and '11:59 or less' at 4/5. Since then, the lines have been changed to '13:00 or more' at 4/5 and '12:59 or less' at 9/10. This indicates the early birds backed this match to last longer than the twelve minutes.
Naomi and Co. vs Welcoming Committee
The lines are '11:00 or more' or '10:59 or less'. There has been a flip. The over has moved from 9/10 to 4/5 and the under has drifted from 4/5 to 9/10. The customers are evidently banking on this one to last longer than eleven minutes. I guess the reasoning behind this is because there are seven people involved in this match, so they expect some time given to it.
I like the under because I think some of the time dedicated to the match will be given to ring entrances and any pre or post-match activity. Once I've hit 'Publish', I'll head over to one of the websites and back it.
The Usos .vs. Breezango
Customers have two options, if they'd like to bet on this special. It's '9:30 or more' or '9:29 or less'. The over has been cut from 9/10 into 18/25 while the under has moved out from 4/5 to even money.
Kevin Owens .vs. AJ Styles
The traders have set the time on this one quite high iin comparison with all the other matches on the card. It isn't hard to figure out why. You have two great wrestlers together, so there's a good chance they'll be given enough time when the card is being set up. The lines are '20:00 or more' and '19:59 or less'. The customers appear to have backed this one going under as it has moved from 17/20 into 18/25 while the option has drifted out to EVENS from 17/20, This one is too close to call.
Randy Orton .vs. Jinder Mahal
This market has been given '12:30 or more' and '12:29 or less'. Both selections opened at 17/20, but it's the under that has seen action as it is now down to 18/25 with the other selection moving out to EVENS.
If this is the main event, I can see it being given time. However, I think the lines are too close for me to comfortably pick one.
What I Have Backed
The only selection that I'll back today - in these markets - is for the trios match to go under. I still have the wager on the Nakamura versus Ziggler match to also go under, but don't feel comfortable to make another play on it with the line being lower than what I took on Friday.
The markets can be found across all the sports betting websites that offer pricing from Kambi. A couple of pages can be found below:
