it s curious how smart money pans out on every PPV ,last ones we saw tons of action on early Friday(some favorites hit the likes on 1/25)
ReplyDeleteThis one is being quiet and slow, imho early Corbin moves(from 6/1 to 10/11) got something more than guessing on em
Apart from that I vent seen anything
maybe cause insiders are waiting to make lines stronger ,maybe cause its a last minute call.PPV
I got one thing for certain when lines move edgy from now on you can start suspecting
The early Corbin money at Paddy Power was not smart money.
DeleteHe opened as a favourite a day earlier at Kambi. People would have seen him at 5/1 when Paddy Power's market opened and thought he was worth a shot at that price.
Many people assumed going in that Corbin would be this year's winner. There is nothing to suggest the move from 5/1 into favouritism was anything but punters taking the high odds on a good shot (that another bookie also thought was a favourite).
Thanks for insight David
ReplyDeleteI agree we disagree.
Apart from it,I d like pointin out that all current favorites are heels(except Naomi, cause btw I think she ll end up losin to Lana) ,so expect some important flips in favour of some baby faces(Zayn?,Orton?,Flair?)
We ll see
I've written about Corbin for months before the MITB odds were up. The signs of the company protecting him are there, so it's impossible to point to him being backed from 5/1 into favouritism as being anything more than wrestling fans backing the guy who is in the midst of a push.
DeleteThe trader at Kambi pegged Corbin as the favourite from the start (when he had the long list months ago).
Yep, and this can be proven if you have a look at any match Corbin has lost - he gets booked to come back twice as strong.
