Meltzer Special Now 2/5 In MITB 2017 Betting

A Money in the Bank 2017 betting special - where customers could wager on Dave Meltzer giving the men's ladder match '4 stars or more' - has continued to drop in price.

As of the time of writing, the Paddy Power Sportsbook is offering 2/5 odds on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's editor crediting the match with four or more stars in his review of the match in the days following Sunday's pay-per-view.

The selection was published alongside other Money in the Bank specials on June 5th. It was initially priced at 5/6, but has been on the descent.

I wrote a post on Saturday where I went into detail with my reasons as to why the selection was worth a punt.

As you can see in the table above, its price has been lowered across the three periods that I've browsed through the specials.

In today's edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about the match and how he had high expectations going in. He noted that wrestlers like Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler have experience in these sorts of matches. He also added that AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura being involved is great for the chance of this match being well received.
