5Dimes WWE SummerSlam 2017 Update For Saturday Evening (9pm BST)

It has been a few hours since I checked in with the 5Dimes Sportsbook's odds for tomorrow night, so here is a short update pointing out whose odds have been falling.

  • Cesaro and Sheamus have moved in from +166 to +130 in the market where they're up against Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins
  • Baron Corbin's price has been cut from -150 to -190 for his meeting with John Cena
  • Bray Wyatt stays at +365 after falling from +550 earlier. I'll be repeating myself all weekend, but Wyatt being backed does not make any sense to me whatsoever. I highly doubt Finn Balor will lose under the Demon King guise for a long time to come. It's head-scratching to have seen Wyatt backed.
  • Rant over...
  • Big Show is still +140 after opening +300 for his match against Big Cass
  • Rusev has moved in from -505 to -900 in the market where he's matched up against Randy Orton
  • No change in the US Championship market after Kevin Owens fell from +400 to +280
  • Naomi's price to successfully retain the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship has been cut from -530 to -930
  • The Hardys and Jason Jordan are now -285 favourites to win the trios match on the pre-show. The had opened at +120 before moving in to -210.
  • New Day are -900 to keep the Smackdown Tag Team Championships from The Usos. The titleholders had opened at -245 before being backed into -505 by 6pm BST
  • Akira Tozawa's price has fallen again. He opened at -145, had moved to -310 by the early evening and is now at -425
  • Shinsuke Nakamura is now a -1,700 favourite to win the WWE Championship match against Jinder Mahal. The challenger fell from -415 to -1,050 between 2:25pm and 6pm BST
  • Alexa Bliss is now -260 to get the W over her challenger, Sasha Banks. When I last checked in, Bliss had fallen from +155 into -185
  • Brock Lesnar is still a -320 favourite to retain the WWE Universal Championship. However, 'The Field' which was +200 when I last checked in has been pushed out further to +240
Odds correct as of 9pm BST. Up to date odds can be found on The 5Dimes Betting Board.

  1. If Balor was to lose tomorrow, I'd be very upset. The idea of Bray Wyatt being a threatening, interesting character is not salvageable at this point; there's no point in giving him the win.

    1. Unless it's due to shenanigans like the return of the Wyatt Family. But I'd still much rather the Demon King win.

    2. Harper and Rowan are Smackdown, so I can't see it myself.
