Kambi's SummerSlam 2017 Odds For August 3rd

Two of Kambi's WWE SummerSlam 2017 markets were republished earlier today.

The 'Title holder at the end of the listed event' odds for both the Universal and WWE Championhips are showing different pricing than when I last monitored the odds a few days ago.

In the Universal Championship betting, Samoa Joe's odds to leave Brooklyn with the Universal strap have been snipped from 11/2 into 4/1.

I guess the reason behind this is because of insider reports claiming that Paul Heyman believes that the company should put the rocket behind Joe and give him a run.

With Joe's odds moving in, the traders have pushed Roman Reigns up from 17/20 to 9/10 and Brock Lesnar out to 7/5 from 17/20.

They've left Braun Strowman at 4/1.

In this week's issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer wrote that the finish of the fatal 4-way will be tightly-guarded. As of right now, the producers, the writing team and all of the participants - other than Brock Lesnar - have been kept in the dark. Going by this, it makes one assume that Vince McMahon and Paul Heyman are thrashing out ideas for it.

The WWE Championship market has a new favourite in Baron Corbin. He's 5/4 to leave Brooklyn with the title. His odds have been cut from 11/4 into 5/4.

Current champ - Jinder Mahal - has also had his price readjusted as it has moved from 2/1 into 6/4.

Mahal's challenger, Shinsuke Nakamura, remains at 6/4 while John Cena - who lost a number one contender match to Nakamura on Tuesday - is now off the board.

With Corbin fancied to be the title holder at the end of the event, the oddsmakers have put up Money in the Bank specials specific to SummerSlam. The odds are as follows:

Money in the Bank cash-in at SummerSlam 2017 betting odds

The option to bet on 'Any' of the briefcases cashed in during the event is 7/20, a cash-in by Baron Corbin is 1/2 and one made by this year's Ms. Money in the Bank, Carmella, is 3/5.

I'll continue to look make frequent visits to the markets along the way.
