SummerSlam 2017 Odds Update For August 2nd (3:30AM BST)

The SummerSlam markets have changed slightly since I published the most recent post.

The early birds have backed Shinsuke Nakamura in to get the decision in the WWE Championship match.

As you can see, the challenger has moved in from +165 into +110 within fifteen minutes.

The market where customers can have a bet on who they believe will be WWE Champion at the conclusion of the August 20th pay-per-view has also been adjusted.

The 'Shinsuke Nakamura is WWE Champion' selection has moved in from +180 to +155 as has the option to back 'Baron Corbin is WWE Champion'. In fact, as noted in the most recent post, people have been punting on Corbin all night. He was as high as +1,200 at 9pm BST, but is now down to +750.

I guess people have backed Nakamura to win the strap and are banking on Corbin to cash in his immediate title shot against his current foe.

Corbin showed up after Smackdown went off the air to attack Nakamura. I guess the angle led to more people guessing that SummerSlam would end with Corbin ruining another one of Nakamura's celebrations on August 20th.

We'll find out soon enough.
