In the post, I mentioned that the Kambi oddsmakers had already published a betting market for the bout. This isn't the only market that was released as the compilers also put up a few other specials. One of which was an Over/Under where customers could bet the star rating Dave Meltzer gives the match in his Survivor Series review in the issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that will come out in the days following the event.

When it was first installed on Saturday morning, the traders had the line at two-and-three-quarter stars with the 'Under' favoured at 11/10 (+110 US).
The 'Exactly' and 'Over 2.75 Stars' selections were both 27/20 (+135 US) each.
The market was available throughout the weekend, but was taken down shortly before Tables, Ladders and Chairs on Monday morning. I'll publish an update when the Survivor Series betting odds are republished.
