Just like with the Ronda Rousey Conqueror markets, the last time the Daniel Bryan specials were available was in the first week of June. There have been a number of adjustments made with yesterday's re-release.
The odds for Bryan to suffer his next loss 'Between The Day After Money in the Bank 2018, But Before SummerSlam' have now been adjusted from 5/4 into 6/4.
I believe a good reason why they've increased is due to the fact that his next qualifying loss - per the rules of the market - has to occur during a singles match. He is now, as of the time of writing, working a tag team match alongside Kane against The Bludgeon Brothers at the upcoming Extreme Rules 2018 show, so this immediately discounts any chance of a singles loss on July 15th.
The rest of the market has been adjusted in a way that points to the gamblers and bookies expecting a loss. Every other selection available has been cut. For example, a defeat in Brooklyn on August 19th - at SummerSlam - is now even money. When the market was last priced up, you could have backed this option at 2/1. However - at that point in time - some may have expected Bryan to take a L against Big Cass at Money in the Bank (this was a 4/5 favourite on June 6th).
With Team Hell No reuniting on the most recent episode of Smackdown, the oddsmakers have inserted Bryan's tag team partner - Kane - into the market where you can bet on the person who conquerors Bryan. The Big Red Machine is 2/1.
Three wrestlers are showing shorter odds since the beginning of the month. Samoa Joe has dropped from 2/1 to 7/4, AJ Styles has been halved from 6s and Rusev has dipped from 6/1 into 5/1.
Despite the three wrestlers' moving in, the bookies have also halved the selection where customers can bet on Bryan NOT to lose a bout between the time of the bet being struck and WrestleMania 35. It was 4/1 previously. I don't believe for one moment they have been halved because people expect Bryan to have a streak of victories all the way to Mania. I'm guessing it has more to do with the fact that - as of the time of writing - Bryan still hasn't renewed his deal with WWE and he could be free to leave over the autumn. If he fails to put pen to paper, I wouldn't be surprised to see him lose on his way out. Whether it'll qualify per the rules of the bet is another thing, though.
