Even though there isn't anything in regard to an update on price changes, here are the latest WWE Money in the Bank 2018 betting markets from BetOnline.
The odds remain stationary as of the time of writing.
The selection that still stands out to my eyes is Natalya at +1,000 to win the women's ladder match. Not that I am confident she's going to win. I am surprised she is still the outsider with the longest odds over there because - over here in Europe - she's a favourite.
Which leads me onto another thing that I wanted to address in regards to another runner in the ladies' Money in the Bank match.
I've read a couple of articles over the past few days which state that Ember Moon is the 'betting favourite' to become this year's Ms. Money in the Bank.
Anyone who has been following the markets, both here and overseas, know that this is not true.
The closest Moon has been to the top of any market is when Kambi had her as a second-favourite. As you can see above, she's in fourth place in a market with three joint-favourites, so it's baffling how anyone could come to the conclusion that she's the bookmakers' favourite with all of the firms currently accepting wagers on the match.
It's shoddy reporting. It isn't hard to look these things up.
Thanks David for pointing out the shoddy reporting on Ember Moon. It's sad when it misleads readers. Your research is always spot on. Joe
ReplyDeleteThanks, Joe!
DeleteYou hit the nail on the head as to why it bothers me so much. People could read those stories and then come across Moon's actual price and bet on her believing that she's a favourite elsewhere and have therefore placed a bet based on incorrect info.
