The B Team Won Last Night's Battle Royal As 4/6 Favourites

The B-Team won last night's tag team battle royal - on Monday Night Raw - as 4/6 closing favourites.

Sky Bet's Odds For Last Night's Tag Team Battle Royal

Sky Bet opened a market for the match to determine number one contenders to the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship last week. When the market was first installed the eventual winners were 4/7.

They closed at better odds than where they started off because of interest in other teams during the betting period.

With that said - at one point, I caught the winners as low as 1/8.

One of the teams I thought was worth backing, despite not being completely sure they would enter the match, was Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre  (added as 'The Show' in the market). I backed them at 7/1, so I thought I was quids in when I saw them on the graphic during Raw.

Ziggler was the first wrestler eliminated. As a result, his tag team partner was also removed from contention.

Another selection that saw a lot of interest in the days the market was available were the Authors of Pain. They went from 14/1 to 5/4 across three days, but didn't even appear as participants.

The B-Team will now face Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt for Raw's tag straps.

Hopefully, Sky Bet will publish more Raw and Smackdown matches in the near future.
