WWE bettors can now place wagers on the match times of tomorrow night's Extreme Rules 2018 PPV because the Kambi oddsmakers have priced up prop markets for the event.
As soon as I've finished writing this post, I plan to bet on Roman Reigns versus Bobby Lashley to go under the line of eighteen minutes.
My bet is placed on something Roman Reigns said on TV a few weeks ago. I made a mental note to remember it when the time props were installed as - on Raw - Reigns alluded to beating up Lashley BEFORE their match as he told Kurt Angle that the General Manager should have a replacement ready in case Lashley is unable to wrestle.
If this is followed through - and this is WWE, so who knows!? - I can see Reigns and Lashley going at it before the bell is sounded to officially start the match. As the bets are settled from bell-to-bell, I can see the match time being lower than the eighteen minutes that the bookie has set.
The under is 4/5 and the 'Over 18 Minutes' is 9/10.
Here are a few more thoughts on these props. I don't know for sure whether I'll place wagers on these.
The bookies have a proposition where you can bet on the time of the first fall in the iron man match. The line is set at 10 minutes, and I am leaning on the 'Under'. I feel that the match should start with Rollins at a disadvantage that he has to fight back from. If this happens, it would call for an early fall. Or more. Just like with the Reigns .vs. Lashley market, the Under is 4/5 while the 'Over' is 9/10.
Carmella .vs. Asuka was 11:10 when they met at Money in the Bank last month. This weekend's line is eleven. If I had to make a call, I'd go with the match hitting the 'Under' despite there being a story in place with James Ellsworth being in the shark cage.
I'm unsure what to make of the line of sixteen minutes for AJ Styles versus Rusev. If I was confident this was the main event, I would have sided with the 'Over'. However, I believe it's unlikely to be the final bout of the night, so I'm liking the 'Under'.
Here are the lines for the other markets that are available:
Sanity .vs. New Day - 10 Mins
Braun Strowman .vs. Kevin Owens - 12 Mins
Finn Balor .vs. Baron Corbin - 12 Mins
Hardy and Wyatt .vs. B-Team - 9 Mins
Alexa Bliss .vs. Nia Jax - 11 Mins
Bludgeon Bros. .vs. Team Hell No - 13 Mins
Jeff Hardy .vs. Shinsuke Nakamura - 14 Mins
