Reigns/Lashley Decision Odds Snipped And More

The oddsmakers from Kambi have once again cut the odds for tonight's match - which will see Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns compete for a shot at Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar - finish in anything other than a pinfall or submission.

As of the time of writing, the bookmakers are offering 'Any Other Method' - as opposed to a pinfall or submission - at 7/10. This is a drop from the 9/10 that had been available from Friday  all the way up to earlier today. You can see, in the table below, that the selection opened at 23/20 on Wednesday.

Date/Time
Pinfall / Submission
Any Other Method
18/7 4:00PM
8/13
23/20
20/7 4:30PM
4/5
9/10
23/7 4:30PM
EVS
7/10

Punters can now find 'Pinfall/Submission' at EVS. It had opened at 8/13 last week.

Reigns is still a 4/9 favourite to win the match (he's also 4/9 at Sky Bet) while Bobby Lashley is 6/4 (he's a slightly better 13/8 with Sky Bet).

As I've written in other posts about this match - on paper, it should be a Roman Reigns win, but I have a feeling the SummerSlam match will be a triple threat. Therefore, a no contest or some other kind of result tonight could set this up.

Another market that has changed since this morning, which potentially correlates with tonight's match, is the SummerSlam Universal Championship market where clients can place wagers on the 'Exact number of participants' that'll start the match.

'Exactly 3' has been cut from EVS into 3/4 while 'Exactly 2' has risen to 11/20 from 21/50 and '4 or More' has moved up to 7s from 13/2.

I don't know how long these markets will remain open for. They're usually taken down in the early evening (UK Time) on Mondays before Raw.

  1. It's definitely gonna be triple threat at Summerslam.
