Sky Bet has published a handful of SummerSlam Request a Bet markets and I've just placed a small wager on one of the selections.
I've backed 'Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns to win their scheduled matches' at 11/8.
As I've written in previous posts, Roman Reigns should really get what he has been unable to do in three matches already and get a win over Brock Lesnar.
I am also still convinced that Braun Strowman is keeping the Money in the Bank briefcase against Kevin Owens when they meet on August 19th. Strowman has already 'lost' to Owens and the stip that Strowman could no longer be the Money in the Bank carrier if he loses the match on a disqualification or count-out is being played up to make people believe he really will lose the contract.
Strowman's count-out loss to Jinder Mahal on Monday's edition of Raw is an example of this. It's all a setup to have us believe he's losing to Owens.

I must admit I'm not as confident on Owens now after Monday's RAW.
ReplyDeleteI will stick with my prediction though as I said on the other thread I weigh everything up and go with my gut instinct.
I'm going to take a crack at the Rousey/Strowman/Reigns triple at 15/8. I don't know that Rousey is winning the title but I'd be surprised if she were pinned.
ReplyDeleteOne of my friends had an idea of Rousey not letting go of the arm bar and being DQ’d as a result.
DeleteWhatever happens, they’re likely going to have Bliss do that thing with her double-jointed arm to make it look like the arm around has pulled it out of its socket.
