Mixed Match Challenge S2 E6 Odds Update

It has been almost four days since I first wrote about the betting markets that are available for this coming week's episode of WWE Mixed Match Challenge. All four markets for the two matches scheduled for the show have been adjusted since then.

The oddsmakers have cut the price for a win by last season's winners - Asuka and The Miz - as they went from 4/9 into 1/3 by Friday afternoon. As a result, the price for a decision in favour of Naomi and Jimmy Uso has increased from 6/4 to 2/1.

In Wednesday's post, I mentioned that I have blindly backed the females to be the legal participants when the falls are determined in both of Tuesday's matches.

My reasoning is because I've had a feeling - ever since the tournament began - that, with WWE Evolution on the horizon, the women would get the majority of decisions.

After placing a bet and writing about backing the 'Female' in the gender of decision market, Kambi snipped the selection from 5/4 into 11/10 while 'Male' was pushed up from 11/20 into 13/20.

As I wrote on Tuesday, one thing that could work against my idea is Asuka and Naomi being paired up on regular WWE TV.  With that said, the two females that are in the other match have also been tied together on TV recently and could potentially be on the same team at Evolution if Natalya and Bayley team up with Sasha Banks to take on The Riott Squad in a trios match.

The bookies have snipped the 'Female' selection in the gender of decision market - for Natalya and Bobby Roode .vs. Bayley and Finn Balor - from even money into 9/10.

Those who believe they'll have the men as the legal competitors when the fall is decided can now find 'Male' at 4/5 - a slight increase from its opening 7/10.

As far as match winners - the customers have backed Bayley and Finn Balor from 3/5 into 1/2.

With Bayley and her teammate dipping, the bookies have increased Natalya and Roode up to 7/5 from their opening 6/5.

As per usual, the matches will air on Facebook Watch in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

  1. Are finals conducted at TLC ? If that's true then AJ - Charlotte might not be in the finals.

Also is it a Raw team vs Smackdown team in the finals ?

What's your prediction for Finals ?

    1. Yes, the finals are on the night of TLC.

There's a block of Raw teams and the block of Smackdown teams, so I would presume the winners of each block will meet in the final.

At this stage, I'd have Asuka and The Miz remain undefeated and be Smackdown's representatives in the final. Bayley and Finn Balor would be the team that I'd have them face.
