The Rock Confirmed For Smackdown's Debut On FOX

The Rock is coming back to Smackdown.

Dwayne Johnson has just tweeted out, within the last half an hour, that he'll be making an appearance on this Friday's Smackdown debut on FOX.

Earlier this month, the oddsmakers from Kambi released prop markets in which customers could bet on certain wrestlers, or celebrities that have been associated with wrestling, making a live appearance on the show.

The proposition for Johnson to appear started off with the 'Yes' at 13/10 while the 'No' was 13/25,

As of the time of writing, the market is still available. However, per the rules, any bets placed after the social media post would be declared void.

The 'Yes' will now close at 4/5 while the 'No' will be taken down at13/25.

In a note regarding these prop bets, the September 14th release offered CM Punk to appear at 5/1 while the 'No' was 1/12. This prop was removed a few days ago following the news that Punk has reportedly auditioned for a job on the FOX/WWE studio show titled Backstage.

For some reason, I cannot shake off the thought that he'll appear on Wednesday's debut episode of AEW Dynamite instead.

Back to Smackdown -  props for appearances by John Cena, Ronda Rousey and Vince McMahon are still in-play as of the time of writing.
