I looked over the 5Dimes Sportsbook's WWE Royal Rumble markets to see if there have been any changes made to them since last night.
Only a few things differed.
For starters, the men's Royal Rumble market now has the favourite, Roman Reigns, at -220. He was -185 last night.
A couple of match markets have changed slightly.
Lacey Evans' odds to get a win in the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship match are now at +150. She had been available at +155 since Sunday.
Bayley is now a -190 favourite, this is up slightly from -195.
The third and final change I noted was in the other women's title match.
WWE Raw Women's Champion, Becky Lynch, is now a -475 favourite. In last night's update, I pointed out that she had dropped from -365 into -395, so her drop has continued overnight.
Lynch's challenger - Asuka - has drifted out from last night's +275 up to +325.
Prices correct as of 10AM GMT. The latest can be found on 5Dimes' Website.
If Randy Orton wins he will be the first WWE superstar to have won the Royal Rumble in three different decades... Hmmm.
ReplyDeleteIm the guy who predicted Kofi vs Daniel Bryan from last January by the way.

ReplyDeleteIf Randy Orton wins the Royal Rumble he will be the only superstar to win the Royal Rumble in three different decades.
I don't want to burst your bubble, but the very same comment in which you said Kofi/Bryan also suggested Bryan/Miz for Mania.
DeleteKofi's Mania story was a fluke that happened after Ali was injured. The original plan was Bryan versus Kevin Owens. Hindsight proves this as they moved the Bryan/Owens match up to FastLane and positioned Kofi as the Mania challenger.
Looking back, you also had Rey Mysterio as Bryan's Mania opponent.

ReplyDeleteYes it wasnt too predictable.
What do you think of Lesnar vs Orton vs McIntyre. Lesnar going into it as WWE Champion against two babyface challengers. To me, Orton is the only babyface on Raw that can draw against Lesnar. Adding McIntyre though would make for a good triple threat match. I like this idea for now, what do you think?
I don't really like it because of the Heel/Babyface/Babyface dynamic.
DeletePlus, it seems that Orton's role for Sunday is to be eliminated by McIntyre.
It's not going to happen now, but I was hoping Kevin Owens would be Lesnar's challenger at Mania.
Orton has signed a new contract so surely he has a big match at Wrestlemania.
ReplyDeleteBut McIntyre has never crossed paths in the Royal Rumble and i can see a spot in the Rumble where they turn their attention to eachother and the crowd react big to it.
I wouldn't place bets on people going by how they've signed new deals. Especially at this rate where people are being signed up to new deals to keep them away from the competition.
DeleteNot looking ahead to Mania. For now, Orton's job - going by TV - appears to be getting eliminated by McIntyre.
