I had a look over Kambi's G1 Climax coverage yesterday morning. Here are some of the changes I noted in the three main markets.
A Block Winner
The favourite is now at EVS. This is down from the most recent price of 6/4.
Two other selections have shorter prices than the last update with Minoru Suzuki down from 25/1 into 20s and Tomohiro Ishii now 20/1 from 66/1.
B Block Winner
Tetsuya Naito is still a favourite to be the winner of B Block. However, his price has moved up from 5/4 to 7/5 following his loss to SANADA on Thursday.
The aforementioned SANADA is now 5/2 from 3/1 after picking up his first points of the tourney.
Other selections with shorter odds than the most recent update are: Hiroshi Tanahashi (13/1 into 19/2), Juice Robinson (12/1 from 13s), Toru Yano (also 12/1 from 13/1), and Zack Sabre Jr (17/1 from 20/1).
Outright Winner
Jay White and Naito were joint-favourites - at odds of 9/4 - in the outright winner market when I last wrote about it. This is no longer the case because White has lowered into 19/10 while Naito has drifted to 5/2.
Six other names have shorter odds than a few days ago. They are: KENTA (11/2 from 6/1), Hiroshi Tanahashi (15/1 from 17/1), Juice Robinson (20/1 from 33/1), Minoru Suzuki (halved from 66/1), Tomohiro Ishii (33/1 from 100/1) and Toru Yano (33/1 from 50/1).
