NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 15 Odds Published

NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 15 Betting Odds

Kambi's oddsmakers published markets for next year's NJPW Wrestle Kingdom yesterday.

As of right now, there are three bouts confirmed for the event that will be held at the Tokyo Dome on January 4th and 5th.

In the first match, Kazuchika Okada will meet his former CHAOS stablemate, Will Ospreay.

The oddsmakers have placed Ospreay as an 11/20 favourite. Those looking to gamble on Okada can find him at 5/4.

A Wrestling Observer star rating Over/Under market has been published for the match. The line has been set at five stars.

Another match set for the first night will see Tetsuya Naito defend the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championships against the 2020 G1 Climax winner - Kota Ibushi.

The challenger is an 8/13 favourite while the champion is 23/20.

Kambi has set the Observer star rating line for the title match at four-and-three-quarter stars.

The third match that has been announced will take place on January 5th.

Jay White - who beat Ibushi for the contract to challenge the champion at Wrestle Kingdom - will take on whoever leaves the January 4th title match with the strap.

With the champion unconfirmed until the conclusion of night one, Kambi has created a 'title holder at end of listed event' market for night two with the three possible holders.

Ibushi and White are joint-favourites at 13/10 while the current champ is 43/20.

I have bet on Ibushi to leave the entire event as champion.

In my opinion, the two nights will be Ibushi's redemption story after winning the G1 Climax in 2019 and failing to beat Kazuchika Okada - for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship - on January 4th of this year.

I believe he'll win the straps from Naito on January 4th 2021 and then successfully defend them against White -  the person he has lost twice to in as many weeks.
