I have revisited Weather.com to once again see what the forecast is for the vicinity of Raymond James Stadium for WrestleMania weekend.
For tomorrow, it looks like Tampa will have sunny weather during the day. However, by nightfall, the website is projecting that it'll become cloudy when night begins to fall bringing in potential scattered thunderstorms.
As you'll be able to see in the snip I took from my visit to the website, the threat of isolated thunderstorms begins at around 2000hrs, which would be an hour into night one. Scattered thunderstorms are forecasted between the hours of 2100 and 2259 hours while thunderstorms are predicted for 2300hrs.
Seeing this weather being projected at the times when night one is in-progress makes me wonder if the event will experience weather delays during the show for its patrons to seek shelter.
In regards to rainfall - Weather.com has given a seventy percent chance of rain to fall on Saturday night. This is up from the sixty percent I noted in last night's post.
For Sunday, the website has given a 90% chance of rain during the daytime (this is up 10% from when I wrote about the weather yesterday) and has 70% chance for Sunday night (also up 10%).
Kambi's proposition markets, in which customers can gamble whether or not 1mm of rain precipitation will be recorded by Weather.com on either night, were adjusted this morning.
'Yes', which will be the winning bet if 1mm or more rain precipitation is recorded, will pay out at odds of 2/1. This is an increase from the previous price of 7/5.
Sunday's market now has 'Yes' at 1/4. This is down from 7/10 and is unsurprising considering that there is a high chance of rainfall for that day. Its opposing selection of 'No' has jumped out to 5/2 from EVENS.
