MITB 2021 Odds Notes For Thursday Morning

When I last wrote about the betting markets for the men's Money in the Bank ladder match, I noted that the odds for a Matt Riddle win had turned into 7/4 favouritism in Sky Bet's market.

Shortly after - or maybe just before -  I published the post, the company lowered Riddle once more by placing the favourite at 6/4.

Riddle has also lowered in the Paddy Power / Betfair market for the match as well.

As you can see, in the table above, the odds for Riddle and Seth Rollins have both dropped from 11/4 into 5/2 since I checked in last night.

You'll notice in the table that I have John Morrison's price at 16s. He is still currently not available on Paddy Power's website but can be backed at that price if you look on Betfair.

On the topic of Morrison, his odds have lowered on the 5Dimes Website since my most recent visit.

Johnny Drip Drip is now +1,300 after initially moving out from +1,850 to +1,900 in the first few hours the market was available. It's worth noting that BetOnline's first cut - when its market was initially published last week - saw Morrison drop from +2,000 into +1,200. However, since then, the bookmakers have pushed him out to +1,600.

Morrison is the focus of a recent Sports Illustrated website interview.

In 2021 alone, the publication's website has been afforded interviews from WWE stars before major spotlights have shone on them. For example, SI interviewed Bianca Belair before she won the women's Royal Rumble and Bobby Lashley talked about wanting to be in the WWE Championship match at WrestleMania just before he was positioned in the title picture.
