In the weeks leading up to SummerSlam, the sports betting service allowed customers to gamble on a trio of under/over star ratings markets.
As you can see, in the results table above, all of the contests did better than their respective lines.
Logan Paul's victory over The Miz scored four stars from Meltzer. This was a star higher than Kambi's line.
Going by odds movements for the match, it appears as though the consensus of wagers sided with the match to do less than three stars because the odds for the 'Under' selection fell from 3/4 into 13/25.
Pat McAfee versus Happy Corbin had a line of two-and-three-quarter stars. '2.75 Stars or More' started out as a 3/4 favourite on July 2nd. It was down into 7/10 a week later.
Even though it dipped into 7/10, the eventual winner was pushed up to 9/10 a couple of days later when the 'Under 2.75 Stars' fell from EVS into 4/5.
The main event, which saw Roman Reigns retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar in a last man standing match, was the bout of the night scoring four-and-a-half stars from the newsletter's editor.
There was only one round of adjustments made to the market for Reigns .vs. Lesnar and it sided with the option to wager on the contest receiving at least four stars. It was moved into 4/6 from 4/5 a week after betting commenced.
