As I promised, at the end of yesterday's Backlash 2023 betting update, here are all of the notes I've been able to make as it pertains the markets that are available from BetOnline for tonight's event.
Riddle, Owens and Zayn .vs. The Bloodline
If you're visiting this post to only view any changes that have been made since last night, then this is the only part of the post for you.
That's because the market for the trios match is the only one to show differing odds from last night.
In yesterday's post, I noted that The Bloodline had slid from +200 into +175. The trio has since dipped into +170.
As a result, the babyfaces are now -250 favourites. They were -300 when the market first launched on April 24th.
WWE United States Championship
Austin Theory kicked off as a -125 favourite to retain the WWE United States Title when the market for his defence against Bronson Reed (+150) and Bobby Lashley (+185) was first installed on April 24th.
From there, the champion's odds descended into -200 (April 25th), -400 (April 28th) and then landed into -2,000 on May 2nd.
Moving out the other way, Reed is now at +500 and Lashley is +700.
As I've mentioned in previous posts, this has technically become a two-horse race following the draft. That's because, with Theory, Lashley and - most importantly: the US Title - moved to Smackdown, leaving Bronson Reed on Raw, the odds for a Reed win should be greater.
The market for Rhea Ripley's defence of her title (notice how I have moved away from calling it the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship in preparation of it becoming a Raw-branded strap?) against Zelina Vega opened with the champ at -1,600 and the challenger at +700.
Withing a day, Ripley's odds had descended into -5,000 before plummeting into -10,000 a day after that.
On the other side of the market, Vega rose from the early +700 to +1,100 with a brief stop at +1,000.
Bianca Belair .vs. Iyo Sky
The second women's title market opened with Bianca Belair at -600 over Iyo Sky's +350.
Just like with the previous two markets, the adjustments have evidently sided with the champion because Belair has fallen all the way down to -2,000 with stops at -700 and -800 sandwiched in-between.
Sky's odds have doubled since the market was published.
Seth Rollins .vs. Omos
When the market for Seth Rollins .vs. Omos was first installed, the bookmakers offered Seth Rollins as a +110 underdog. He had fallen into favouritism by the following evening.
Omos, who kicked off as a -150 fave, has now risen to +500 after the betting has forced BetOnline to offer Rollins at -1,000.
Cody Rhodes .vs. Brock Lesnar
Another market which saw the opening underdog flip into favouritism within a day of betting is the one for the grudge match between Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar.
The former was +110 to Lesnar's -150 at 7:45PM BST on April 24th. However, by 11:35PM the following evening, Rhodes had dropped into -300 with Lesnar's price having risen to +200.
Rhodes' odds fell into -350 three days later, but returned to -300 after Lesnar was seemingly backed at +225 to bring him back into +200.
Bad Bunny .vs. Damian Priest
The market for Bad Bunny .vs. Damian Priest opened with the musician an extremely short favourite over Priest.
However, there appears to be people gambling on the prospect of the celebrity losing the San Juan street fight because Priest's odds have declined into +700.
As you can see, Bad Bunny is still a short-priced favourite to go over, but it's at an improved -2,000 from his earlier number.
I'll return later on today with further updates.
