The list is ranked in order of betting strength starting with the selection with the shortest odds from the markets that were available from the BetOnline Sportsbook.
*As I noted in this morning's update, the market for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship was taken off the board likely due to the reports that Paige could replace Nikki Bella in the match.
