The market has been available since early February. I have made a few visits since that time, but - with WrestleMania being my main focus at the time - I didn't write anything about them.
To be fair, there wasn't anything worth my time to write about unless you really do think Donald Trump or Barack Obama will win next year's battle royal.
Here's all that I have so far. It starts with the aforementioned politicians...
Both Trump and Obama Drift Out
When the market was first installed, both Donald Trump and Barack Obama were 500/1 each. The former president has moved out to 1,000/1 and the current one is now 750/1. These moves came within the first month of the market being opened.
Sami Zayn Cut From 14/1 to 12/1
The Zayn punters have evidently backed their man as he has been cut from 14s into 12/1. This is reminiscent of when he was backed to win the 2017 Rumble by some customers.
New Names Installed
There are three new selections added to the board. Jeff Hardy is 16/1, Matt Hardy is 20/1 and Killian Dain is 40/1. All three were brought to WrestleMania 33.
Dean Ambrose Drifts Out
Dean Ambrose - who was installed at 12/1 in February, has now moved out to 14/1. This is a result of the bookie cutting the odds for Sami Zayn and...
Mojo Rawley
After winning the Fourh Annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Mojo Rawley's price has been slashed from 80/1 into 16/1. There's only one reason why Rawley won last weekend and it had nothing to do with the company seeing anything in moving Rawley upwards. It was to do with getting media coverage beacause Rawley's friend, Rob Gronkowski, was involved.
I hope to have more notes about the market throughout the year. Especially when there are weeks with no markets for other shows.
I can picture Barack taking Rumble 2018.
