WrestleMania 34 Main Event Market Update

There have been a number of adjustments made to a betting market where clients of the websites that publish Kambi's WWE prices can have a gamble on the match participants in the main event of WrestleMania 34.

This market was first installed in July. The current odds, along with all the changes, can be viewed by clicking the image below.

WrestleMania 34 Match Participants Betting Odds

I last covered this market on January 19th. Since then, the changes that have been made are:

Brock Lesnar .vs. Roman Reigns has drifted out from 1/2 to 4/6
This is quite surprising as I believe the show will end with Reigns in yet another WrestleMania main event. The selection has been moving up as it was as low as 1/10 in November.

'Any Women Match' has dropped from 7/2 into EVS
With the women's Royal Rumble match main eventing the second-biggest show of the year, I was not surprised to see 'Any Women Match' descend from 7/2 into even money. However, I believe we're still a while off from seeing the ladies main event a WrestleMania. If done right, Asuka versus Ronda Rousey could be that match, in my opinion. However, this is at least a year off.

AJ Styles .vs. Shinsuke Nakamura dips from 7/2 into 2/1
Barring a title change at Fast Lane in March, this will be the WWE Championship match on the April 8th card.

'Any Rock Match' has plummeted from 33/1 into 3/1
If Ronda Rousey is going to be in a tag team match against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania, then it shouldn't come as a surprise to see Dwayne Johnson's name as a potential partner. His name has been thrown out as a possibility along with Kurt Angle and Braun Strowman (more on that below). Even if it does turn out to be Dwayne Johnson, the match still has to go on last for any kind of return.

Braun Strowman and Ronda Rousey .vs. HHH and Stephanie McMahon falls from 15s into 3/1
As mentioned above, there have been reports that Ronda Rousey could be in a mixed tag team match against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at Mania. A certain website, with a patchy reputation for making things up, has mentioned that Braun Strowman will end up being Rousey's partner. However, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported that Strowman is pencilled in for a bout with The Miz on April 8th.

'Any Daniel Bryan Match' down from 8/1 into 5/1
This selection was 25/1 initially. I put it down to wishful thinking.

Braun Strowman .vs. Brock Lesnar up from 5/1 into 8/1
There's not much I can write about this move as it is drifting out.

Brock Lesnar .vs. Shinsuke Nakamura from 20/1 into 15/1
With Shinsuke Nakamura winning the Royal Rumble, I guess there might be some sort of logic behind this selection dropping. Not that it seems likely as Nakamura has expressed his desire to challenge for the WWE Championship and WWE still seems locked into Lesnar defending his strap against Roman Reigns.
