The selection is 1/2. Far shorter than the 5/1 it opened on the night of this year's Mania when many were predicting that Ronda Rousey and Asuka would go last on April 7th 2019.
As of the time of writing, Daniel Bryan versus Shinsuke Nakamura is a 2/1 second-favourite.
There have been a few minor adjustments since I last wrote about the market on April 27th.
The option to wager on The Rock main eventing the show has been cut from 7/1 into 6/1 while two new selections have been added.
The traders have placed a triple threat match, featuring the three Shield members, at 17/1. This could be because Roman Reigns stated, in a recent interview, that - when mentioning names he would like to wrestle on the grandest stage of them all - Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins came to mind along with Daniel Bryan.
Batista .vs. John - which was the penultimate match of WrestleMania XXVI - has also been installed at 40/1.
As you can see, Asuka .vs. Ronda Rousey (4/1 to 6/1), Ronda Rousey .vs. Stephanie McMahon (10/1 to 12/1) and 'Any Match Featuring CM Punk' (10/1 to 15/1) have all drifted out.
It’s been 24 hours and I’m still trying to get my head around Carmella beating Charlotte. So Charlotte ends the streak, steals all Asuka’s momentum ... then gets pinned CLEAN by a cowardly heel?
ReplyDeleteMakes me doubt Charlotte to main event. Would probably take the Sheild triple threat or a Bryan match (surely he finally wins the Rumble this time)
I actually backed Carmella at 1.90 at BL, but was certain there would be interference by the IIconics!
Yeah, was a surprise to see Carmella win that way.
DeleteI backed 'Any other result' in Kambi's method of decision market. Didn't think they'd go with Carmella by pinfall (or submission). Good job with your bet!
I still have a strong feeling that they're going with Ronda and Charlotte Flair at Mania.
As for the Rumble - if Bryan had won the GRR, I would have said there's no chance he wins in 2019. I now should be saying the same thing about Strowman....
