Dolphins1925 Picks A Dud

Dolphins1925 came up short a few moments ago when Alberto Del Rio was disqualified in his World heavyweight championship defence against Rob Van Dam.

The Reddit/Twitter user took to Twitter to reveal that his source had informed him that Del Rio would win the match.

For those who have followed this blog since its beginning, I have assumed that Dolphins1925 - or his source - were getting their information from the betting odds.

As is evident by the many posts I have written over the past few days, Alberto Del Rio was a favourite from a betting perspective so - to pick him as a winner - was the move to make if you were reading where the money was going.

Unfortunately for Dolphins and his 'source', the result was not what the odds were indicating.

Not long after the result blew up in his face, he took to Twitter to announce:

My source was wrong. I am done here. The rest of winners on the card were scheduled to be Ambrose, Shield, Axel & Heyman, and Bryan.

Dolphins' reasoning for giving out the spoilers was because he wanted to draw attention to the fact that people with knowledge of match finishes were profiting from them. He wanted people in power to take notice and not compromise the product.

Isn't what happened with a shock Rob Van Dam win what he wanted?

If so, why the annoyance that his spoiler turned out a dud?
