Liger's Odds Shorten In NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn Betting

It has been over a day since I noted that the Paddy Power Sportsbook had opened a book on the WWE NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn show. The only market that has changed is the one for Tyler Breeze versus Jushin 'Thunder' Liger.

Liger had been available at 5/4 yesterday evening. This price has now shortened to EVENS.

Of the four matches on the board, this one intrigues me as it will Liger's debut for NXT. In a way, I wasn't surprised that he would be priced up as the outsider for the match as NXT is all about building stars of the future.

However, the event is going to be held on the eve of SummerSlam and will attract a lot of hardcore wrestling fans. In my opinion, Liger should win his first match in the company.

Paddy Power customers evidently feel the same as they've forced the traders to trim his price.

As for Breeze - his odds have improved going from 4/7 to 8/11 in the same time-frame.

The appearance by the NJPW star isn't a one-off, either. He is also booked for the NXT show that takes place at the Austin Music Hall in Texas on September 18th.

These odds can be found along with other NXT TakeOver, SummerSlam, 2016 Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 32 markets on Paddy Power's WWE Betting Page.
